Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand objectives
• Manage and grow social media presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and emerging platforms
• Run paid social media campaigns to boost brand visibility and conversions
• Create and schedule engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and videos
• Monitor analytics and generate reports on social media performance
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and emerging trends
• Engage with followers and build online communities around brands
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging
  

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in social media tools  (Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• Experience creating and scheduling engaging content (posts, reels, stories, and videos)
• Experience with paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads)
• Strong understanding of analytics, audience insights, and engagement metrics
• Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills
• Knowledge of current social media trends and algorithms
• Portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns
• Understanding of brand voice and consistency across platforms
