Experience Required:

  • 7–10 years of experience in managing and scaling social media strategies, with a proven track record of driving audience growth, engagement, and brand loyalty.

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic thinker and creative visionary to lead our social media efforts, transforming our online presence into a dynamic, engaging, and results-driven ecosystem. This is a high-impact role for someone who can predict trends, think on the fly, and craft agile strategies that resonate with diverse audiences while aligning with broader marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Vision and Planning

  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking social media strategy that aligns with the institution’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market and audience research to identify trends, opportunities, and platform innovations.
  • Establish clear KPIs and performance benchmarks to evaluate success and ROI across all platforms.

Innovative Content Creation and Management

  • Lead the creation of engaging, platform-specific content, including text, visuals, videos, live streams, and stories, maintaining consistency in tone and voice.
  • Oversee the development of a robust content calendar, optimizing posting schedules for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and PR teams to create content that integrates seamlessly into broader campaigns.

Real-Time Community Engagement

  • Actively engage with followers, fostering meaningful interactions and building long-term brand loyalty.
  • Manage the brand’s online reputation by addressing feedback, concerns, and opportunities with agility and tact.
  • Identify, build, and nurture relationships with key influencers and partners to expand the brand’s reach and credibility.

Leadership and Team Empowerment

  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing social media team, encouraging innovation, creativity, and accountability.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and proactive thinking within the team.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring the team operates efficiently while contributing fresh ideas.

Analytics-Driven Optimization

  • Monitor and interpret social media analytics to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate comprehensive performance reports, translating data insights into actionable strategies for future campaigns.
  • Stay informed about platform algorithm changes and adapt strategies to maximize performance and engagement.

  • 7–10 years of professional experience in social media management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale social media campaigns and driving measurable results.
