Social Media Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive to manage our company’s presence across various social platforms. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Create engaging and relevant content (text, image, and video) in line with the brand voice and objectives. Plan and schedule posts using tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or native platform schedulers. Monitor user engagement and respond to messages, comments, and mentions promptly. Analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) and prepare regular reports. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies. Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and track ROI. Identify and liaise with influencers, partners, and online communities to increase reach. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
