The responsibilities for a Site Manager at the Waidhan Tyres Total Tyre Management Contract are comprehensive, focusing on overseeing the entire tyre management process and ensuring optimal service delivery. Here’s a structured summary:

1.Contract Oversight

• Manage all aspects of the Tyre Service Contract, including new tyre supply, OTR tyre management, data management, retreading and repairs, and scrap tyre management.
• Provide training for all site staff (engineers, supervisors, technicians) based on skill level.

2.Monthly Reporting

• Submit detailed monthly reports to the customer covering tyre master data, inflation and rotation data, performance extrapolations, scrap analysis, haul road assessments, and quarterly TKPH studies.
• Include retread and repair performance metrics.

3.Manpower and Shift Management

• Plan manpower, schedule shifts, and organize work with the support of site engineers and supervisors.
• Conduct safety and skill training for personnel on tyre fitment, removal, assembly, rim maintenance, and other related tasks.

4.Customer Interaction

• Act as the primary point of contact for the customer, addressing any queries or concerns related to tyre management services.

5.Site Audits and Safety Meetings

• Conduct regular audits and toolbox meetings, ensuring thorough documentation.
• Lead investigations and root cause analysis for any safety incidents or near misses.

6.Software and Reporting Skills

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and planning.
• Responsible for training staff and implementing any introduced Tyre Management Data software.

7.Site Workshop Ownership

• Ensure the workshop is maintained to high standards of housekeeping, safety, and discipline.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and safety.
