Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Site Manager to oversee on-ground project execution, team coordination, and ensure timely and quality completion of construction activities. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in construction site operations and also comfortable handling basic sales inquiries and client follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and workforce coordination
• Ensure site safety, quality checks, and timely task execution
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
• Maintain project documentation and progress updates
• Handle client visits and explain site-related queries
• Make basic sales or follow-up calls as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience in site management (preferably in construction or civil projects)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask across operations and basic sales communication
• Good verbal communication in Hindi and English
• Proficient with basic reporting tools and site documentation
