Service Sales Manager

Job Description

Introduction to Role: The Service Manager will oversee and drive growth in our service business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for revenue generation, service product development, and customer retention strategies while ensuring excellent service delivery and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Revenue Management Develop and execute strategies to increase service contract sales, spare parts, and other revenue streams. Monitor and report on revenue performance and identify areas for growth and improvement. Customer Focus: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Gather customer insights to inform service offerings and pricing strategies. Operational Excellence: Collaborate with service teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of services. Optimize service processes to improve efficiency and profitability. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the service team to achieve revenue targets and maintain high performance. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer focus. Data-Driven Insights: Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor performance to refine service strategies. Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior leadership. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). Proven experience in service revenue management, preferably in the refrigeration, HVAC, or related industries. Strong analytical skills with experience in revenue forecasting and budgeting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
