SEO Specialist

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Conduct keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, etc. Develop and implement effective on-page SEO strategies including content optimization, meta tags, internal linking, and schema markup Perform regular technical SEO audits and implement solutions (site speed, crawlability, indexing, canonical issues, etc.) Build and execute link-building campaigns to improve domain authority and page authority Monitor and analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools Prepare monthly/weekly performance reports with actionable insights Collaborate with content writers, web developers, and designers to align SEO strategies with broader marketing goals Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and SEO best practices Optimize local SEO for Google Business Profile and directory listings Support SEO strategies across multiple platforms including e-commerce, service websites, and CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field 2–5 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred) Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, website structure, and CMS platforms Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Proven success in delivering results for SEO campaigns (portfolio or case studies a plus) Preferred Skills: Experience with international SEO and multilingual websites Familiarity with paid search (Google Ads) and how it complements organic strategy Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Understanding of content marketing and its role in SEO Experience with tools like Data Studio, Looker, or Power BI is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Jangpura, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): Current Salary?
