Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled and results-driven SEO Executive with 2–4 years of experience to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing website content, improving organic search rankings, increasing web traffic, and executing SEO strategies that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies Conduct detailed keyword research, competition analysis, and performance reporting Optimize content, metadata, internal linking, and website structure to enhance crawlability and indexability Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers for necessary fixes Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, and other ethical link-building techniques Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Stay updated with the latest SEO, search engine, and digital marketing trends Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed across all digital channels Required Skills & Qualifications: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts is a plus Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills Preferred Qualifications: Certification in SEO or Digital Marketing (e.g., Google, HubSpot) Experience working in a digital agency or on multiple client projects Familiarity with local SEO and mobile optimization techniques Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Ability to commute/relocate: Shivajinagar, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Off Page SEO: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 30/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
