SEO Analyst

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that improve our organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase conversion rates

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies aligned with business goals

Conduct full SEO audits and recommend improvements

Plan and manage keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trends

Optimize website structure, content, metadata, and internal linking

2. On-Page & Content Optimization

Work with content teams to apply SEO best practices

Create content briefs based on keyword and search intent

3. Technical SEO

Improve site speed, mobile-friendliness, and technical performance

Coordinate with developers to fix technical issues

Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, redirects, schema, and canonical tags

4. Off-Page SEO

Lead link-building and outreach campaigns

Monitor backlinks and remove harmful links

Build relationships for guest posts and media features

5. SEO Analysis & Reporting

Track SEO performance using tools like GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush

Share reports with actionable insights regularly

Use data to improve and refine SEO strategies

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or similar

3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO

Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors

Proficient in SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress, Shopify)

Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, GSC, GM,B and reporting dashboards

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and project management abilities

Able to work independently and across teams.

SEO or Google Analytics certification is a plus.
