Job Description

Position: Technical Analyst – Java

Experience: 7 – 12 Years

Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Technical Analyst with deep expertise in Java development

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
Develop and support microservices architecture, including monitoring, logging, and health checks.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine requirements and deliver robust solutions.
Implement cloud-native solutions and integrate with services from AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Build front-end components using React or Angular; ensure responsive UI and good UX practices.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering.
Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.).
Work with containerized deployments using Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE).
Apply DDD and BFF principles where applicable for scalable system design.
Utilize event-driven patterns and tools like Kafka or MQ for real-time data flows.
Optimize SQL queries and Java code for high performance and scalability.
Collaborate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, and demos.

Required Skills

Strong experience (7+ years) in Java (Java 11+) with expertise in core concepts, Streams, Lambdas, etc.
Solid experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and RESTful web services.
Hands-on experience with JPA/Hibernate, MS SQL, PostgreSQL.
Proficiency with front-end technologies: React (preferred) or Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3/Tailwind.
Experience with CI/CD tools and workflows.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP acceptable).
Knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration tools.
Understanding of event-driven architecture (Kafka, MQ, etc.).
Experience in Agile development environments.
Strong Git skills and version control best practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

Experience in the
Hospitality Services domain

Exposure to Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) patterns.
Knowledge of API Gateway patterns and microservice security practices.
