KrtrimaIQ Cognitive Solutions is actively seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Field Service Management (FSM) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules. This is a critical role in our growing team, where you’ll work on enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations to enable digital transformation for global clients.

This is a 100% remote position, ideal for experienced professionals who thrive in dynamic and distributed environments.

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications with a strong focus on FSM and SPM.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions based on business needs.
• Create custom workflows, business rules, UI actions, client/server scripts, and integrations.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement platform-wide enhancements.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to best practices.

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience with ServiceNow.
• Proven work experience in Field Service Management (FSM).
• Strong hands-on expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• Proficient in JavaScript, Flow Designer, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP integrations.
• Solid experience with ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB).
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD).
• Experience in ITOM, HRSD, or other advanced ServiceNow modules.
• Background in enterprise consulting environments.
