Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer Location: Onsite Experience: 3+ years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and enhance our Salesforce platform across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.). You will play a key role in delivering scalable solutions, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement business requirements efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows. Translate business requirements into technical solutions that are scalable and maintainable. Manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware. Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code following Salesforce best practices. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members. Collaborate with admins, business analysts, QA, and other developers to ensure quality and timely delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, including performance optimization. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimations. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flows. Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, governor limits, and best practices. Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, Platform Events). Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (mandatory); Platform Developer II is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred: Experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines (Gearset/Copado/Jenkins). Exposure to CPQ, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud. Familiarity with Agile development processes.
