Job Title: Sales Operations Lead Location: Tiruppur (Work from Office) Employment Type: Full-Time Company Overview: La Confianza Technologies is a fast-growing Salesforce partner delivering customized CRM solutions and digital transformation services. As a boutique consulting and product company, we work on cutting-edge Salesforce projects across global markets including the US, Singapore, Dubai, and Europe. We’re now looking for a high-energy Sales Operations Lead to supercharge our growth engine. Role Summary: As a Sales Operations Lead , you’ll be responsible for end-to-end sales funnel execution from lead mining to outreach and follow-up calling , supporting the business team with high-quality prospects, and maintaining CRM discipline. You will also work closely with leadership to optimize outreach strategies and ensure effective lead nurturing. Key Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and mine leads across global markets (US, Singapore, Dubai, Australia, Europe) Perform outbound activities via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls Maintain and update the lead database/CRM with detailed status Re-engage and nurture older or inactive leads Prepare call scripts and email sequences as needed Track and report weekly lead performance and progress Support in setting up calls/meetings for the leadership team Collaborate with the marketing and pre-sales team to ensure alignment Continuously look for ways to improve outreach quality and conversion rates Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or inside sales (preferably in IT/SaaS/CRM industry) Excellent spoken and written English communication is a must Strong understanding of CRM and lead lifecycle Self-driven and proactive with strong ownership mindset Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc., is a plus Comfortable working in a startup environment and adapting to evolving goals Bonus Traits: Prior experience working with Salesforce or HubSpot CRM Ability to handle international time zones and multi-market engagement Growth-focused, curious, and driven to take on new challenges Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary + performance incentives Free lunch coupons Family medical insurance Regular learning sessions and exposure to global projects A chance to grow fast in a results-driven startup culture Note: If you’re looking for a typical 9-to-5 job without accountability — this role is not for you .
