Key responsibilities:


  • Initiate and lead discovery sessions, live-boarding workshops, or stakeholder interviews to elicit business and technical requirements, building alignment and consensus.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams throughout the design, development, testing, and implementation phases.
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications in coordination with technical teams and subject matter experts (SMEs).
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain requirement document sign-offs and sprint-level approvals.
  • Assist SMEs with effective backlog grooming and Agile best practices such as story sizing, backlog management, and story mapping.
  • Collaborate with QA, Marketing, and SMEs to prepare user training materials for both pre- and post-Go-Live phases.
  • Support project management by contributing to planning activities alongside project managers or coordinators.
  • Develop and deliver final training content, including videos, user guides, and proof-of-delivery materials; conduct training sessions for end users.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project bottlenecks, risks, or conflicts to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Recognize and document change order requests that fall outside the original scope of work.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to maintain a forward-looking platform strategy.
  • Provide post-Go-Live support during Hypercare, ensuring users are confident and effective in using Salesforce solutions.
  • Participate and collaborate with stakeholders, development, and testing teams throughout the


Key requirements:


  • Minimum of 5 years' progressive experience as a business analyst working with Salesforce CRM
  • Well versed with Salesforce application and service cloud capabilities
  • Foundational project management and reporting skills
  • Salesforce Business Analyst certified is a must
  • Project Management certifications are a big plus
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving team environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and management skills



Working hours - 4PM - 12 AM IST
