The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong ability to generate and convert leads into long-term clients. This is a performance-driven role with attractive incentive opportunities. Key Responsibilities:Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets. Generate leads, pitch services/products, and convert prospects into clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs. Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations to potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, documentation, finance) to ensure smooth operations. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company. Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and client data. Required Skills:Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales (experience in export-import preferred). Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into successful deals. Good knowledge of export-import procedures, Incoterms, and trade documentation (preferred). Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
