Senior Sales Executive

Position Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Executive with strong field and in-house experience in industrial sales, preferably in the metal or construction sector. The ideal candidate should be confident, result-oriented, and capable of handling B2B clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads for colour coated roofing sheets and structural shed solutions.
• Visit client sites (field sales) and maintain follow-ups (off-field coordination).
• Identify customer needs, provide technical/product guidance, and close deals.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for order fulfillment.
• Maintain sales records and submit periodic reports to management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, and industrial clients.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B or industrial sales (preferably metal/roofing/construction sector).
• Proven track record in field sales and client handling.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of roofing materials, steel structures, or related products is a plus.
• Ability to travel as per client requirements.

Job Details:

• Work Days: Monday to Saturday
• Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
