One of our esteemed clients is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join their core team in Pune. In this role, you will drive new business opportunities, engage with clients, and close deals for their software development and AI-led services.
This is an individual contributor role with strong ownership and growth potential.
Responsibilities

Generate leads via LinkedIn, email, calls, and events.
?
Conduct discovery meetings and gather client requirements.
?
Collaborate with leadership on proposals, pricing, and negotiations.
?
Follow up consistently and drive deal closures.
?
Maintain CRM data and manage the sales pipeline.
?
Represent the company with clarity and professionalism.
Monthly Milestones
?
80 to 100 new leads.
?
10+ qualified discovery calls.
?
3 to 5 custom proposals sent.
?
1 to 2 deal closures.
Annual revenue contribution: ?60 to 65 Lakhs
?
Performance-based incentives are tied to the above-mentioned outcomes.
Who We?re Looking For
?
3 to 4+ years of B2B tech sales experience (IT services, SaaS, or consulting).
?
Strong communication and presentation skills.
?
Familiarity with AI, Automation, Custom Software, and Mobile / Web Development.
?
Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
?
Available to work onsite (Pune) Monday to Friday.
?
A self-starter with long-term growth ambition.
