Job Title: Senior OutSystems Developer Location: Satna, Madhya Pradesh Experience Required: Total 5+ years (Minimum 3 years in OutSystems development) Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior OutSystems Developer to join our team in Satna . The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software development and proven expertise in building and maintaining applications on the OutSystems low-code platform . This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, solution-oriented, and can lead technical discussions and implementations. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using OutSystems platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans. Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices. Integrate third-party systems and APIs as required. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of total software development experience. At least 3 years of hands-on experience with OutSystems (Reactive & Traditional Web, Mobile). Strong understanding of low-code architecture, application lifecycle, and OutSystems best practices. Experience with database design, SQL, and data modeling. Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and integrations. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. OutSystems certifications (Associate/Professional Developer) are a plus. Preferred Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
