Position: Senior .NET Developer / Team Lead

Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

Experience: 5 to 8 Years

Educational Qualification: B.E. IT, B.Sc. IT, M.Sc. IT or equivalent

About the Role:

We are hiring a skilled Senior .NET Developer or Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad (WFO). The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in .NET development, strong leadership qualities, and excellent communication skills. This role is perfect for someone ready to take on ownership of projects, lead a team, and collaborate directly with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-stack development using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Entity Framework
Frontend expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular or React
Work with SQL Server, REST APIs, Web Services, and Microservices
Lead and manage the development team, assign tasks, conduct code reviews, and ensure timely project delivery
Optimize application performance and ensure best coding practices
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and clients for requirement gathering and delivery
Follow Agile/Scrum processes and maintain documentation
Work with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS, and use Git for version control

Must-Have Skills:

5–8 years of hands-on experience in .NET Full Stack development
Proven experience in team leadership or mentoring
Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently
Preferred Candidates:
Based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad
Open to Work from Office (WFO) only
