Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Generalist located in Delhi. The Senior Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with HR management practices. The role also involves handling day-to-day HR tasks, facilitating employee relations, and providing strategic HR support to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications: Excellent working on Excel or Advance Excel

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance
• Proficiency in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site role
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the educational or support service sector is a plus
