Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager/Sr. Manager – HR & IR to lead and drive key human resource functions with a strong focus on Core HR and Industrial Relations . The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in designing and implementing HR strategies, managing talent, and ensuring industrial harmony across the organization Duties Core HR & Strategic HR Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Talent Acquisition & Management Lead end-to-end recruitment process for all levels. Develop robust talent pipelines and succession planning strategies. Work closely with business leaders to identify manpower needs and workforce planning. Performance Management System (PMS) Implement and manage the PMS cycle, including goal setting, mid-year, and annual reviews. Drive a performance-driven culture through continuous feedback and coaching. Learning & Development (L&D) Identify training needs and develop learning roadmaps. Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity. Promote a learning culture within the organization. Policy Formulation & Compliance Draft, update, and communicate HR policies in line with labor laws and company values. Ensure statutory compliance across all HR processes. Handle internal audits and ensure HR documentation is up to date. Employee Engagement & Industrial Relations (IR) Manage employee engagement programs to boost morale and retention. Maintain a strong connect with employees and address grievances proactively. Handle union negotiations, labor laws, and ensure peaceful industrial relations. Lead TEI (Total Employee Involvement) initiatives and promote participative culture. Design and execute effective HR policies, processes, and frameworks. Drive organizational development initiatives in line with business needs. Key Requirements * Proven experience in Core HR and IR functions. Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and union handling. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
