Ove Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will handle front-desk activities, including welcoming guests, answering calls, and ensuring a pleasant and smooth visitor experience. Duties Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner. * Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. * Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization. * Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries. * Manage appointment bookings and meeting room schedules. * Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. * Monitor office supplies and order replacements as needed. * Handle visitor logbooks and issue visitor badges. * Ensure all guests follow company safety and security protocols. * Requirements and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus. * Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
