Senior HR Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to lead and support our human resources operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in core HR functions, employee engagement, recruitment, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

2. Draft and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance documents

3. Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in a professional manner

4. Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll records accurately

5. Conduct performance evaluations and coordinate appraisal processes

6. Support employee engagement, retention, and training initiatives

7. Maintain employee files and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

2. Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience

3. Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance

4. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

5. Ability to multitask and manage confidential data with discretion

6. Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and payroll tools preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
