As part of a dynamic marketing team, you will leverage your expertise in Cold Email Marketing, Lead Generation, and PPC, focusing on B2B Marketing strategies that will contribute to the overall growth of our organization. This role is vital in helping us navigate the competitive landscape and reach new customers effectively. Responsibilities Cold Email MarketingDesign, implement and optimize cold email outreach campaigns to generate leads and convert prospects.Analyze email campaign performance metrics to enhance engagement and conversion rates.Conduct A/B testing to identify best practices and improve messaging efficacy.Lead GenerationDevelop and execute strategies for effective lead generation and nurturing potential customers through proven methodologies.Create detailed lead scoring and qualification criteria to streamline the sales process efficiently.Collaborate with the sales team to define lead requirements and establish feedback loops for continuous improvement.PPC ManagementManage and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize ROI.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure budget efficiency and effectiveness.Utilize analytics tools to track user behavior and optimize ad performance.B2B MarketingDevelop and execute B2B marketing strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitors in the B2B marketplace.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.Collaboration and ReportingWork closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and message delivery.Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to management, adjusting strategies as required based on KPI outcomes.Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and share knowledge across the team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.5-8 years of experience in a growth marketing or digital marketing role, with proven success in cold email marketing and lead generation.Strong knowledge of PPC advertisement platforms and best practices for B2B marketing.Proficient in using marketing automation tools, with a preference for HubSpot.Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, capable of interpreting data to inform decision-making.Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate and communicate effectively across teams.
