Role Overview:

We are hiring Senior Full Stack .NET Developers to join a high-performing team that is building complex, enterprise-grade applications for the Tax and Revenue domain. This role offers exposure to USA-based work cultures, advanced software processes, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications.
• Build backend REST APIs using .NET/C# and SQL Server/PostgreSQL.
• Develop and maintain dynamic, user-friendly interfaces using Angular.js.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize complex applications in production environments.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field OR equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of professional experience in application development.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with .NET/C# and 4 years with Angular.js.
• At least 3 years supporting large-scale or complex production applications.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise application design patterns.
• Advanced proficiency in core C#, JavaScript, RESTful API development, SQL Server/PostgreSQL, ORM, and Entity Framework.
• Solid experience using Git version control.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor junior developers and lead code quality initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI tools in software development.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MarkLogic or DynamoDB.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Additional proficiency in Python or Java is a plus.
