Senior UX/UI Developer

• Design and develop responsive user interfaces for JavaScript and/or .NET web applications, ensuring an optimal user experience across devices.
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and current application users to translate concepts into interactive mockups and prototypes using Figma.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs for continuous improvement.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to enhance our product offerings.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas and solutions to improve our applications.
• Mentor and share knowledge with team members to foster a culture of learning and collaboration.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts, coupled with 2+ years hands on experience.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as Vue.js, Angular, React, and similar.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and/or Adobe XD, with the ability to create detailed mockups and prototypes.
• Experience and good understanding of Restful APIs using frameworks such as Node.js or .NET.
• Excellent understanding of collaboration principles and tools like Lucid, Optimal Workshop, etc.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices in usability.
• Experience and good understanding of JavaScript testing frameworks (e.g., JEST, Vitest, Playwright, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• A natural go-getter with a proactive attitude, ready to tackle challenges and drive projects forward.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with a globally located team.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
