Job Summary :

We are looking for a dedicated and detail - driven Senior Executive - Finance & Accounts to oversee core finance operations in our service-driven organisation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring compliance with statutory norms and providing actionable financial insights to support business growth.

Key responsibilities :

* Handle end to end accounting including bookkeeping, ledger management and finalisation of accounts.

* Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

* Manage accounts Payable and accounts Receivable processes

* Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow regularly

* Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS and other statutory compliance

* Coordinate with auditors, consultants and statutory bodies

* Assist in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis

* Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits and reporting

* Implementation and maintain internal controls and financial policies

* Payroll processing and employee reimbursements

Qualifications :

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance or Accounting

* 4-6 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts

* Proficient in Tally ERP / Zoho Books or similar accounting software

* Solid understanding of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations

* Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with MIS reporting
