Senior ETL Developer

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ETL Developer with a strong background in Ruby and AWS-based data infrastructure . This role is ideal for someone with experience in designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines, integrating with diverse data sources, and working with cloud services and DevOps tools. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Ruby . Build robust, scalable data pipelines ingesting data from PostgreSQL , S3 buckets , DynamoDB , and Redshift . Develop and maintain data warehousing solutions in Redshift . Optimize ETL jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business data needs. Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for ETL deployments. Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance production data workflows. Maintain data quality, integrity, and security throughout all ETL processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in ETL development and data integration. Strong programming skills in Ruby . Proven experience with AWS services : S3, DynamoDB, Redshift. Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience working with Amazon Redshift . Proficiency in PostgreSQL and SQL-based data transformations. Experience in Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities. Nice to Have: Familiarity with data governance and security best practices. Exposure to other scripting languages or cloud platforms.
