About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive who specializes in Social Media Marketing and Content-Driven Campaigns to lead our brand’s digital presence. This role is ideal for a creative strategist who can take ownership of our online voice across platforms, craft compelling content, run paid campaigns and drive performance through data-backed decisions.

You will work closely with our design and video teams to deliver scroll-stopping content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing & Strategy

  • Develop and execute result-driven social media strategies for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Build and manage a dynamic content calendar aligned with brand objectives, product campaigns, and audience engagement
  • Plan and run paid social media campaigns, including ad creatives, targeting, testing and performance optimization
  • Grow brand followers, engagement rate and conversion metrics across all key platforms
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor performance and platform updates to adjust strategies proactively
  • Manage community engagement, brand reputation and timely communication with followers

Digital Campaign Management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media strategies with overall marketing plans
  • Create and manage performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Ads
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights and reports

Content Creation & Coordination

  • Work with design teams to conceptualize and deliver impactful visual content, including carousels, reels, stories, infographics and banners
  • Coordinate with video editors to produce high-quality video content, from promotional clips to behind-the-scenes and storytelling formats
  • Guide the tone, voice and visual direction for all digital content to maintain a cohesive brand identity

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital and social media marketing
  • Strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns and content strategies
  • In-depth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube marketing
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics and scheduling tools
  • Experience with video editing collaboration (Premiere Pro, After Effects experience is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of content formats, audience behavior, platform algorithms and paid ad performance metrics
  • Excellent copywriting, analytical and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead initiatives from concept to execution
