Job Description

Position: Senior Design Manager Location: Bhiwadi (Rajasthan) No. of Vacancy: 01 Package: Commensurate with experience and qualification Education Qualification: B.Tech Mechanical Experience: Experience in Machinery design and troubleshooting of Construction Equipment’s, Mobile material handling equipment’s, Steel Fabrication of Industrial products. Responsibilities  Responsible for newer product development, maintenance of line of existing product designs and drawings, product litigation support, Tender review and codes / standards representation.  Provides technical support to the assembly line manager, technical services management, manufacturing management and others as required on product designs and manufacturing capability.  Create and update product and quality specifications, Drawing dimensions, ECR ECN process, test plans, sample plans, trial logs, timelines, project schedules, and other key documents.  Manages and develops processes to utilize best optimum design / drafting resources.  Exposure to material selection, costing, making design proposal  Should be team handler, also should have ability to guide junior team members.  Should have compressive experience in project management activities including equipment costing, estimation, planning, and risk management, finalization of technical/functional specification, resource administration and quality management.  Excellent track record of preparing / maintaining process module & following up design and development initiatives.  Skilled developing and implementing the SOP’s/ quality systems, process design to meet the quality standards.  Performing design and detail engineering activities of the equipment along with proposals and estimation for new project.  Reviewing product design and customer requirements performance standards, determining project, specification, presenting cost estimates & performance standard, conducting tests assuring safe & satisfactory product performance.  Solid Works and Auto CAD sound knowledge with model testing including Stress and Load analysis.  Heavy trucks and integration of allied equipment’s knowledge including latest Govt. regulations knowledge.  Exposer to electro mechanical transformation, Assembly, parts knowledge.  Vacuum systems knowledge will be an added advantage Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Ability to commute/relocate: Bhiwani, Haryana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Machinery design: 10 years (Preferred) AutoCAD: 8 years (Preferred) Mobile material handling equipment’s: 8 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
