Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior CPQ Functional Consultant with 7 to 14 years of experience in

leading CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) implementations, solution design, and business

process transformation. The ideal candidate should have strong domain expertise in Quote-to-

Cash (QTC), experience across multiple industries, and a deep understanding of CPQ

platforms such as Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, SAP CPQ, or Apttus/Conga CPQ.

You will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams,

owning the functional design and ensuring business value realization.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead end-to-end CPQ implementation projects — from requirement gathering and

solution design to testing and deployment.

 Conduct business process analysis and stakeholder workshops to understand and

optimize CPQ-related workflows.

 Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and CPQ

configurations.

 Own functional documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and

process flows.

 Guide junior consultants and act as a functional mentor within the team.

 Drive stakeholder alignment across sales, pricing, product, finance, and IT teams.

 Support integration with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), billing, and

other systems.

 Lead UAT planning, user training, and change management activities.

 Ensure alignment with best practices and help define reusable templates and

frameworks.

Required Skills:

 7–14 years of experience in business/functional consulting, with 5+ years in CPQ

domain.

 Hands-on experience in one or more CPQ platforms (Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ,

SAP CPQ, Apttus/Conga CPQ).

 Expertise in Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes including product configuration, pricing

strategies, discounting rules, approvals, and quoting.

 Proven experience in leading functional design sessions and solution workshops.

 Strong skills in writing detailed documentation and functional artifacts.

 Understanding of integration points with CRM, ERP, and order management systems.

 Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
