Senior Business Analyst- Data

As a Data Analyst/Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for planning and implementing the overall analytics and business intelligence strategy regarding the launch, development, and maintenance of capabilities in collaboration with the Data Science teams. You will effectively turn business questions into data analytics.

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

Project Ownership:

• End-to-end ownership of capabilities development/ improvement projects.
• Work closely with the Data Science team to ensure that new logics and enhancements are developed according to the specifications.
• Conceptualize solutions that are configurable, adaptable, and scalable.
• Seek ways to improve and automate day-to-day operations for the team.
• Collaborate with Product and Analytics teams to help achieve the vision and roadmap.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of analysis methods and findings.

Data Analytics:

• Understand business needs, formulate end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, and ongoing scaled deliverables.
• Translate business requirements and user requests into an effective data framework under challenging deadlines.
• Glean insights to make data-driven recommendations regarding new model development or existing model improvement.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in Data Analytics.

Capability Performance Assessment:

• Understand and optimize key performance metrics relevant to the organizational goals.
• Evaluate KPIs and conduct tests to assess the success and impact of deployed capabilities.
• Identify areas for improvement based on data-driven insights and user feedback.

LLM Solutions Integration in Products:

• Participate in developing Generative AI Capabilities and integrate them into the products.
• Work on effective prompt engineering and ensure output safeguarding.
• Monitor LLM solutions on production.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institute with 2-4+ years of work experience.
• 2+ years of work experience in data analytics, pattern analysis, and feature engineering.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel), word processing, and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of data extraction using sql and data manipulation using Python.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Understanding of ML concepts and applications, particularly in the context of Generative AI.
• Proven ability to work and thrive in a high-performing team with initiative to learn.
