Job Title : Senior Associate Consultant – Digital Transformation (Insurance Analytics) Experience : 8 years Location : Open Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days Employment Type : Full-time Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional for the role of Senior Associate Consultant – Digital Transformation in the Financial Services Analytics & AI domain. This role offers the opportunity to lead analytics solution design, presales activities, and domain consulting, particularly in the Insurance sector. Key Responsibilities : Lead practice development and solution design for insurance analytics. Respond to RFPs/RFIs and develop custom solutions aligned with client needs. Develop POVs, use cases, demos, and solution frameworks for client engagements. Manage end-to-end delivery for insurance analytics projects including advanced analytics and AI/ML models. Act as a domain SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Insurance (Life/Annuity or P&C). Design dashboards (Power BI / Tableau / Qlik) and custom workflows using Power Automate. Present to client stakeholders with strong communication and visualization skills. Must-Have Skills : Minimum 5 years in Insurance Analytics – Solution design, presales, delivery. Hands-on experience with dashboarding tools like Power BI / Tableau / Qlik. Strong analytical, consulting, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of AI/ML , Predictive/Prescriptive analytics , and statistical modeling . Expertise in Microsoft Power Automate for custom flow design and automation. Excellent PowerPoint and client presentation capabilities. Preferred Qualifications : Postgraduate / MBA from Tier 1 institutions. Background in Engineering / Mathematics / Operations Research / Science. Experience in building analytics practices in startup or fast-paced environments.
