Must Have Senior Associate - Client Servicing

• Act as point of contact for client for project booking, requirement gathering, and timely delivery of projects with good quality.
• Share detailed and Accurate Project Briefs with Production Team, and anticipate any question or queries.
• Assess and provide recommendations regarding project delivery and is a point of escalation with the offshore production team.
• Conflict resolution, and development of solutions in support of business goals.
• Build, maintain, and communicate project forecasts.
• Maintain constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects and business development activities.
• Arrange weekly meetings with relevant stakeholders to discuss all active projects and potential new business.
• Provide comprehensive status for all projects highlighting any risk & mitigation.
• Proactively identify project delivery risk, and determine optimizations to streamline the delivery process.
• Manage Production resources and timelines.
• Provide Clarification for Production Queries and escalate to internal management to remove barriers.
  

Must Have:

• 3-5 years account management or project management experience in pharma industry.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Microsoft Excel.
• Assertive conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Clear and concise communication in both written and verbal form.
• Ability to be diplomatic or firm when necessary in order to drive business forward or obtain results.
• Highly detail-oriented and able to work autonomously.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease.
• Ability to prioritize and organize workload across multiple groups.
