Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring design quality and technical excellence.
• Mentor junior architects and coordinate across design, drafting, and project management teams.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring design intent and execution align.
• Oversee the preparation of working drawings, construction documentation, and BOQs.
• Provide critical input during site visits, detailing, and project reviews.
• Contribute to Urbanmistrii’s design language, research initiatives, and strategic growth.

Requirements:

• B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution.
• 3+ years of professional experience in architecture and interiors.
• Strong design portfolio with executed projects in residential, hospitality, or commercial domains.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite; familiarity with Revit is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
• Strong understanding of materials, detailing, and site coordination.
