Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deliver and maintain the Swift Change Ecosystem, ensuring upgrades and patching as per SWIFT requirements.
• Support and maintain critical payments applications, including on-call duties and weekend work.
• Improve processes and codes to optimize application performance and user data onboarding.
• Collaborate with various teams across the bank, including security, risk, IT infrastructure, and third-party vendors.
• Participate in large-scale projects to support NAB's payment strategy.
• Maintain application hygiene in line with Group Information Risk Policy.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot NAB Swift products and related services.

Skills Required:

• SWIFT Expertise: Strong knowledge of SWIFT messaging systems and standards, especially for international and domestic payments.
• Production Support: Proven experience providing 24x7 support for mission-critical financial applications.
• ServiceNow: Hands-on experience using ServiceNow for managing incidents, problems, and change requests.
• Problem Management: Ability to identify root causes of recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
• Incident Management (Nice-to-Have): Skilled in handling high-severity incidents, including escalation, communication, and resolution tracking.
