Senior AI Developer

We are looking for a Senior AI Developer with 4+ years of solid experience in AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation in LLMs, RAG frameworks, and agentic AI systems, along with the ability to lead teams, interact with clients, and represent the company professionally.
This is a client-facing role that requires both technical expertise and a presentable, confident personality capable of engaging with clients and guiding internal teams toward successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize LLMs, RAG-based frameworks, and deep learning models for production use.
• Develop AI agents using frameworks like LangChain or Auto-GPT.
• Lead the creation of computer vision models for image recognition, object detection, and video analysis.
• Build and integrate scalable AI services via REST APIs using Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
• Mentor and lead a small team of AI/ML engineers; review code, set best practices, and ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate with clients to gather technical requirements, provide updates, and present solutions clearly and confidently.
• Take ownership of end-to-end technical delivery, from design to deployment and ongoing optimization.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI/ML technologies and apply them where relevant.

Nices to have

• Cloud experience: AWS / GCP / Azure.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices.
• Experience with platforms like Hugging Face, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
• Exposure to edge or mobile AI model deployment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML, with hands-on expertise in LLMs, RAG, and computer vision.
• Strong knowledge of Python, with experience in PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, etc.
• Proven experience developing and deploying RESTful APIs for AI models.
• Working knowledge of agentic LLM frameworks like LangChain.
• Prior experience in leading a team or mentoring junior developers.
