Job Title: Senior AI Developer Location: Indore (Work from Office) Experience: 5+ years in AI/ML, with deep expertise in RAG and real-world deployments Type: Full-time Reports to: Founder / CTO About Us We are a tech company specializing in fan engagement solutions for sports leagues, teams, and iGaming operators. With a strong suite of fantasy games, prediction markets, and interactive platforms, we’ve built engaging digital experiences for millions of sports fans. We are now building the AI layer into our offerings — and we’re looking for the right person to lead this frontier. Role Overview We are hiring a senior AI leader who will own the strategy, research, and implementation of Artificial Intelligence within our products. The initial focus will be on building robust RAG-based systems , integrating internal and external data sources to provide intelligent insights and automation across our gaming and fan engagement platforms. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role with the mandate to build and scale our AI capabilities from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Define and lead the AI roadmap, starting with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for internal tools and user-facing features. Build proof-of-concepts and MVPs that demonstrate the value of AI in fan engagement, fantasy gaming, and prediction systems. Work with structured and unstructured data (game stats, user behavior, content) to train and deploy intelligent agents and recommendation systems. Collaborate closely with product managers, data engineers, and front-end/backend developers to integrate AI solutions into live products. Evaluate and implement open-source and commercial LLMs, vector databases, and toolchains for optimal performance and cost. Hire and mentor a small team of AI/ML engineers as the department scales. What We’re Looking For Proven track record of delivering AI/ML features in production environments (not just research). Deep hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, including vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS), chunking strategies, embedding models, and prompt engineering. Strong understanding of transformer-based LLMs and fine-tuning approaches. Comfortable working with APIs, backend systems, and integrating AI into real-world software products. Bonus: experience in personalization, recommendation systems, or content generation in the sports, media, or gaming domain.
