*Meta & Google Ads Specialist – Kanpur* *About Arabian Aroma* India’s fastest-growing D2C perfume brand, known for big marketing spends, rapid growth, and a culture of innovation. *The Role* Own all Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads to grow revenue . *Key Responsibilities* * Build and run full-funnel PPC campaigns; hit ROAS & CPA targets. * Deep keyword research, smart audience segmentation, compelling ad copy. * Daily optimisation and A/B testing across creatives, bids, and landing pages. * Track results in GA4/Data Studio; present insights and next steps weekly. * Stay ahead of platform updates and industry trends. *What You’ll Need* * 2+ yrs hands-on Meta & Google Ads for an e-commerce/D2C brand or agency. * Proven success managing large budgets and delivering sales growth. * Strong analytics skills; comfortable turning data into action. * Certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) preferred. *Not a Fit If* * You want remote work. * Your experience is only lead-gen, SEO, or low-budget campaigns. * You haven’t managed ₹5 L+ monthly ad spend. *Perks* * Competitive pay, industry-benchmark salary. * Work with a high-performance team and leading industry partners.
