About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive – SEO with strong expertise in Global SEO strategy and experience executing high-impact digital campaigns in cutting-edge tech domains such as Blockchain, Salesforce, and AI/ML. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of technical and content-driven SEO, and a proven track record of delivering measurable growth through data-driven digital strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Global SEO Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement scalable SEO strategies to increase global organic visibility and traffic.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits tailored to international markets.
  • Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and technical SEO elements for multilingual and multi-regional websites.
  • Content & Campaign Management:
  • Collaborate with content creators to align SEO best practices with engaging, high-ranking content.
  • Run targeted digital campaigns focused on Blockchain, Salesforce, and AI/ML products or services.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, dev) to align digital marketing goals with business objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including traffic growth, bounce rates, page rankings, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console for performance tracking.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and provide strategic insights for continual improvement.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Increase in organic traffic (monthly/quarterly growth targets).
  • Improvement in global keyword rankings (by region and by product line).
  • Lead generation and conversion rates from SEO-driven campaigns.
  • ROI on campaigns in Blockchain, Salesforce, and AI/ML domains.
  • Bounce rate reduction and engagement metrics improvement.
  • SEO impact on MQL/SQL pipeline contribution.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of SEO/digital marketing experience in a B2B IT environment.
  • Strong expertise in technical SEO, content SEO, and global search engine optimization.
  • Experience running performance-based digital campaigns in Blockchain, Salesforce, and AI/ML domains.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on KPIs and ROI
