SEO Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to increase website visibility and organic search rankings.
• Perform regular keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts to align with SEO best practices.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
• Collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends, algorithms, and tools.
• Identify and implement link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
• Analyze website technical issues and coordinate with the development team for resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a digital agency or fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Solid understanding of on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with local SEO and Google My Business optimization.
• Understanding of content marketing and social media as it relates to SEO.
