Job Summary: Wollybee™ is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Executive with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with practical skills in content writing and keyword research. A passion for learning and staying current with SEO and Google algorithm updates is essential. Responsibilities: On-Page SEO • Optimize website content, metadata, and internal linking structure. • Conduct keyword research and implement best SEO practices across web pages and blog content. • Collaborate with writers and developers to ensure SEO alignment across teams. Technical SEO • Perform site audits to identify and resolve technical issues (e.g., crawl errors, mobile usability, indexing). • Work with tools like Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and PageSpeed Insights to monitor site health and performance. • Assist in implementing schema markup, fixing broken links, and improving page load speed. Off-Page SEO • Conduct backlink research and competitor analysis using tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush. • Support link-building campaigns through guest posting, directory submissions, and outreach. • Monitor backlinks and identify opportunities to improve off-site SEO performance. Required Qualifications: • 2+ years of proven experience in SEO (on-page, off-page, technical SEO). • Strong knowledge of keyword research, backlink analysis, and SEO tools (GSC, GA, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.). • Intermediate content writing and content optimization skills. • Understanding of Google algorithm updates and their impact on rankings. • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and reports. • A strong industry research mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to new trends. • A technical and growth-oriented approach to SEO challenges. • Zeal for continuous learning and market trend analysis.
