Role Overview - SEM Manager

We are looking for a results-oriented SEM Manager to lead and optimize paid search campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be analytical, creative, and performance-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management

• Plan, execute, and manage SEM campaigns on Google, Bing, and other platforms
• Monitor and optimize performance to meet business goals

Keyword Research

• Conduct research to identify traffic-driving keywords
• Optimize keyword strategies for better performance

Performance Tracking

• Analyze campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions
• Use insights to improve strategy and results

Ad Copy and Creative

• Work with content and design teams on compelling ad copy
• A/B test different ad creatives and landing pages

Budget Management

• Allocate and track SEM budgets effectively
• Coordinate with finance to forecast spending

Trend Analysis and Competitor Research

• Stay up-to-date with SEM trends and algorithm updates
• Analyze competitors to identify opportunities

Collaboration

• Align SEM strategies with SEO and overall marketing efforts
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders or clients

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a similar SEM or PPC role
• Proficient in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and SEM tools
• Experience with bid management platforms like Marin or Kenshoo
• Strong data analysis and A/B testing skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
