Job Title: Software Testing Engineer Location: PAN India open Years of Experience: 5 7 Years Must Have Skills- SFDC + Selenium + Java Note- Must have SELENIUM , at least 6 years’ experience along with Excellent in Salesforce Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Software Testing Engineer with a strong background in Selenium to join our dynamic team at TechM . The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in software testing, with a proven track record of developing and executing automated test scripts. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing methodologies. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium. Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand software requirements and create comprehensive test plans. Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools. Perform regression testing and ensure that new features do not adversely affect existing functionality. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency. Provide status reports and updates to stakeholders on testing progress and results. Mentor junior team members and share best practices in software testing. Mandatory Skills: Proficient in Selenium WebDriver for automated testing. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). Solid programming skills in languages such as Java, C#, or Python. Ability to analyze complex software systems and identify potential issues. Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills: Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools. Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter). Knowledge of API testing and tools like Postman or SoapUI. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Understanding of database testing and SQL. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5 7 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation. Relevant certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
