Write custom business logic using Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages to support unique process requirements that go beyond standard Salesforce functionality.
Use Lightning Components (Aura / LWC), Flows, and Declarative Tools to customize Salesforce CRM per business needs—enhancing UI, automations, and workflows.
Build and manage REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, and middleware integrations (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) to connect Salesforce with third-party platforms (ERP, payment gateways, etc.).
Design and manage custom objects, relationships, fields, validation rules, and record-level access to maintain scalable and secure data structures
Implement Process Builder, Flows, Workflow Rules, and Apex triggers to automate routine tasks such as lead routing, case assignments, and approval processes:
Build unit tests for all Apex code to meet the required 75%+ code coverage, ensuring code quality, deployment success, and platform reliability.
