About the Role

Salesforce Developer

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy

  Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  .
• Build declarative solutions using

  Flows, Validation Rules, Page Layouts

  , and more.
• Develop and maintain

  custom integrations

  using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Partner with Salesforce Admins, Product Owners, and key stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Write

  clean, maintainable, and high-performance code

  , following Salesforce best practices and design patterns.
• Support testing cycles (Unit, QA, UAT) and troubleshoot bugs or performance issues.
• Maintain detailed

  technical documentation

  for custom developments and integrations.
• Contribute to

  release management

  using Gearset, Copado, or Change Sets.
• Stay ahead of Salesforce platform releases and identify new features that benefit the business.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years

  of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification

  is required; Platform App Builder is a plus.

• Salesforce Administrator and/or Advanced Administrator Certifications

  are required.
• Proficient in

  Apex

  ,

  LWC

  ,

  SOQL/SOSL

  , and Salesforce configuration (Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Flows).
• Experience with

  Salesforce API integrations

  (REST/SOAP).
• Familiarity with

  Version Control (Git)

  and deployment tools like

  Gearset or Copado

  .
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in

  Agile/Scrum environments

  .
• Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Bachelor's degree in

  Computer Science, Engineering

  , or a related field preferred.
