Job Title: Sr Salesforce Consultant/lead/Architect Location: Noida (Sector 63) - Hybrid Experience Level: [12+ years preferred] Production Support/Enhancement/Architecture exp is needed. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Lead/Architect to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset to translate business requirements into scalable and secure Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce platforms. Key Responsibilities: Lead architecture and design sessions, provide solution options, and recommend optimal Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals. Should be able to come up with SOW for Salesforce Project. Propose budget and resource plan. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution architecture. Design scalable and reusable components and integrations using Salesforce best practices. Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, admins, and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle. Lead governance, standards, and best practices adoption across Salesforce development and administration. Guide development teams and perform code/design reviews to ensure quality and compliance with standards. Manage data model design, security model, and system integrations with other enterprise systems. Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and ecosystem trends. Required Qualifications: 12+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation, including at least 3 years as a Solution Architect. Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Salesforce Platform . Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Lightning Components, Apex, Visualforce, and APIs (REST/SOAP). Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using middleware tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar. Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and role hierarchy. Hands-on experience with data migration and ETL tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect , Platform Developer II , or Sales Cloud Consultant .
