This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and a talent for closing deals. Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through online research, social media, cold calling, email campaigns, and events. Client Engagement: Present and demonstrate software solutions to prospects based on their business needs. Sales Pipeline Management: Track, manage, and nurture leads through the complete sales funnel using CRM tools. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Marketing Collaboration: Assist in developing digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, and email marketing. Proposal & Quotation: Create customized proposals, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts. Customer Feedback Loop: Relay customer insights to the product team for product improvement and future development. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to position offerings effectively. Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities. Post-Sales Coordination: Work with the implementation and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field. Proven experience in software or IT sales and marketing. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
