Sales Manager

Role Overview

You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, influencing product direction, and building lasting relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers. If you thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and are ready to lead sales initiatives across banking and financial services, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute market-driven sales strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide product and sales direction.
• Understand client needs deeply and communicate compelling value propositions.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
• Identify new opportunities within BFSI, particularly in retail, corporate, and commercial lending.
• Engage with CXOs and industry leaders to foster trust and build thought leadership.
• Partner with Pre-Sales and Account Managers to align strategy and delivery.
• Maintain healthy pipelines and accurate forecasts; achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Lead deal negotiations, close sales, and ensure successful client onboarding.
• Travel extensively across assigned regions to engage with clients and prospects.

Required Experience & Skills

• Sales Success:

  5–8 years in B2B/SaaS product or services sales with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• BFSI Expertise:

  4–6 years in the banking and financial services domain, with a focus on lending solutions and closing deals of strategic value

• Commercial Acumen:

  Ability to differentiate solutions in competitive, fast-moving markets.

• CXO-Level Engagement:

  Proven success in building credibility and negotiating with senior decision-makers.

• Technical & Functional Understanding:

  Solid grasp of SaaS implementation from both business and technical perspectives.

• Communication & Influence:

  Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Education:

  MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred).

• Languages:

  Excellent command of English and the local language.
