Job Description

Sales Manager – BMW Motorrad

Location: Munich Motors, Sarona, Raipur
Department: Sales – Two-Wheelers (Premium Segment)
Reporting to: Business Head / General Manager

Job Purpose:

To lead the BMW Motorrad sales operations, drive retail performance, manage the sales team, and ensure exceptional customer experience in alignment with BMW global standards.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Operations & Strategy:

  • Drive monthly and annual sales targets for BMW Motorrad bikes.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand customer base and increase market share in the region.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to delivery and post-sales coordination.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence for pricing and promotional strategies.

Team Leadership & Performance Management:

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver results.
  • Set individual targets and monitor team KPIs.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development plans.

Customer Experience Management:

  • Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee CRM practices, test ride scheduling, and customer follow-ups.
  • Handle escalated customer queries and provide timely resolutions.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Coordinate with marketing, finance, service, and logistics teams for smooth sales operations.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
  • Liaison with BMW India for sales forecasts, inventory planning, and updates.

Events & Branding:

  • Plan and execute customer engagement activities like ride-outs, track days, and brand promotions.
  • Represent the dealership at motor expos and local community events.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in automotive sales (premium or two-wheeler segment preferred).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Passion for biking and knowledge of superbike culture is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
